Good dark ink

First time getting this ink. And I got what I expected. A good nice dark flowing ink. If you get too many purples, they look like they will run together.
I will buy this again.

Very Nice

This was for my wife, but we inked up a Lamy with a Gold medium nib and so far, great flow, and a beautiful color with just the right amount of sheen

Great Purple Ink.

I loved my sample, used it up in a couple days. Smooth writing ink, no bleeding or feathering. Very nice color overall. When I can definitely getting a bottle.

Great Color! Flows well!

I have been looking for an ink that has the right purple color, flows well, and dries fairly quickly. Cassia meets those criteria. I really like this ink!

Awesome color!

I will keep this quick, it's simply my perfect shade of purple. Through a fine nib it's rather bright and pops off the page, but through a wetter medium it is a bit darker and has a little shading. I find it looks really great through the Ahab, where shading is more prominent.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I fill my fountain pen from an ink sample vial? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

The technique depends on the fountain pen's filling mechanism.

Check out our blog post on How to Fill a Fountain Pen from an Ink Sample Vial, or watch the video here:

How much writing can I really do with 2ml? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

We find that usually you can get 2 good fills for a typical converter with our ink samples, or one good fill with a large capacity piston-filling pen.

How much writing you can do depends on you more than anything else. It mostly depends on how big or small you write, and the nib size you’re using. We recommend experimenting with different nib sizes to find what works best for you.
