As a pastor/preacher, I have used manila folders to keep drafts and edits of sermons for future use. I decided to try this product because of the price and number of pages in the notebook. I can write, reflect and edit all in one place without the disorder my folders often have. My preaching tenure pre-dates the digital era.
The paper is high quality, great for fountain pens, and the lines make for comfortable writing. The storage space required for my files has been reduced greatly.
The price is outstanding for my purposes.

I love my entire order. I use my new pen everyday. Love the new ink too. Writes very well. Ink a little wet but I got used to it.

I'm certainly not the biggest customer, but they treat everyone with efficient shipping and careful packaging. Goulet Is a wonderful company and I'll be buying from them forever. Regarding the Apica notebooks, I've decided they are the very best. The smoothness helps my writing style, and I've had equally good success with broad rollerball and fountain pens. The CD11 is the perfect size for discrete yet comfortable writing. Great for journaling.

I bought this a month ago, and it's been great. I'm left handed, so I thought I'd start my fountain pen journey with Apica. It's been working great, dry time is super hast, although you are sacrificing some vibrancy with the ink. But other then that, the paper feels smooth and it's the perfect size for what I'm using it for.

This is not a think notebook but the pages are sturdy and the book as a whole is well bound. I like books like these to for short subjects or spans of time because it will always lay flat and you do not have to commit to carrying around a bigger book.
