I love the color! The ink ist marvelous. It behaves in my Twisby and on tomoe river paper really good. But there's a but; I didn't realize that this Ink has a little sheen and I smeared a lot of spreads.

Noodler's Cayenne is a brilliant red-orange that flows out of the pen nicely, sits well on paper and looks great once it has dried. It's dark enough to write script with; I highly recommend it if you're looking for something to brighten up your pages and step out a little.

This is a rich bold ink with great shading. You could use it anytime, but it does have a fall feel.

This is a beautiful color ink. It flows well and dries quickly.

This ink is a very clear orange color, deeply saturated (as is typical with the Noodlers line of inks). It has much less shading than its near-cousins (Apache Sunset and Habanero). I found it wanted to go through and feather on many papers, so have had to be careful where I use it. It is a lovely, direct orange. I tend to use it mostly in the fall. Like all Noodlers products, it is exceptionally good value for money.
