I ordered this to confirm my choice, that choice didnt even end up in the top 5. I am so glad I ordered to see with my own eyes on the paper I used. This company is putting the customer ahead of proffit with this offering, I'm willing to bet a net loss on proffit to give the customer the best experience. Well done!

The first set of samples spilled over the bag and I emailed the team with feedback and within a day (maybe less!) they responded and shipped me a new set which arrived with zero issues!For the actual inks: my least favorite so far is the Lamy Peridot because it's super wet and my favorite so far is the Private Reserve Avocado which is exactly the color I like

The colors are so vibrant and beautiful. I was very excited and couldn't wait to use them. I can't wait to oder bigger bottles of my favorite colors. I definitely would recommend you to my friends and family.

I have loved this sample pack so far, I'm so glad I chose to go with a sample pack instead of committing to one whole bottle of ink before using it. Now that I've picked a couple favorites out of the pack I can look into getting full bottles!!

It helped to find a dark green ink that wasn't absurdly smudgy in my Leuchtturm1917. I ended up choosing Lamy 'Peridot' even though it's coloured nothing like any peridot I've ever seen. The runner up from this sample pack was Private Reserve 'Avocado', everything else had notable smudging and smearing even after drying for days. From a different sample pack De Atramentis 'Jane Austen' had a very good result as well! From my own selection J. Herbin's 'Vert Empire' didn't smudge, but the colour was so dull and unexciting that I'm very glad to have pursued other options. The smudge testing was done with a glass dip pen, so hopefully results will be even better with a standard fountain pen.
