I do wish that it came with a broader selection of colors, but that's more my fault, than the selections--I think I heard a podcast where brian himself said that he just loves blue, so...if you like blue, then this ones for you!

Being new to the fountain pen hobby, Ink samples have been a lot of fun to see a variety of different inks. As much as everyone stresses how differently inks can behave it is a whole different experience to actually see it in front of you and observe it in a pen and on paper. And this particular Sample set was a great curated selection to start with.

This is my first foray into the world of ink and fountain pens. I am finding that I am enjoying the experience as I try out different ink samples with my glass dip pens. In the future, I will buy a bottle of ink. But for now, I'm just enjoying the learning curve.
