of the colors I've tried, they all lay down in a pen (EF/F nibs that run a bit wet for their sizes) much lighter and brighter in tone than their samples here on the page. the Fog Grey especially. it looks like the Cyan on good paper. so much so that I sent a picture of it asking if perhaps I got a blue in my sampler bottle by mistake. I was informed that I did get it and that's what it is. I sampled these on Aug 3rd, and there's been no color shift or oxidizing like an IG ink would two weeks later. so. if you're interested in this, or any of these colors I'd absolutely grab a sampler first vs a full bottle.
