I bought this to fit into my Opus 88 Koloro with a stock fine nib. I was able to unscrew the feed, pull out the stock Fine nib, and slip this one into the feed, to make a stub nib, which is not an option in that model. Thus far it's working well for the Koloro. I'm currently using it with J Herbin Eclat de Saphir without problems.

I had a troublesome nib in a Faber-Castell pen and replaced it with a #5 Goulet nib. Was fine out of the box and continues to work well.

This is a good no 5 size stub. It works great in my Jinhao 51A to provide an upscale writing experience in a budget pen.

I love these - I've bought 4. Every time I buy a Levenger True Writer, I replace the nib with this, as a Levenger 'fine' point is basically medium-wide and produces way too thick a line for my purposes. These are so easy to pop in that, after learning how with the first pen, my husband hands me my new-nib pen in less than two minutes. These stay nice too.

I'm sure that I have already made a review on these Goulet (Jowo) nibs. These are great for replacing a damaged nib or augmenting with a different nib style. I have purchased a number of these and have never been dissatisfied.

This nib in particular was purchased for a Faber-Castell E-Motion that my son has that was dropped, to be used until we can get the original to a nibsmith to be realigned.
