This BENU Euphoria fountain pen is part of our Goulet Pens-exclusive, special edition Refreshment collection, all featuring fountain pens designed after fun refreshments.

Inspired by a well-loved ice cream treat, this faceted resin fountain pen has a pink cap, white grip section and center band, and brown barrel with some silver and flecks throughout the barrel and cap. This replicates strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate ice cream scoops!

The Euphoria pen model is ergonomically designed for long periods of comfortable writing. The pen is complemented by a silver clip, and completed with a silver Schmidt #6 stainless steel nib. The cap pushes to post onto the back of the barrel when writing.

This fountain pen comes with a standard international converter and two standard international short cartridges. You can also fill the whole barrel with ink to use as an eyedropper pen with a massive ink capacity.

We do our best to photograph the pens to show how they will appear in person, but due to the nature of the material, there will be some variation in the pattern seen here. This adds an element of uniqueness to the pen, with no two patterns being exactly the same. We cannot honor special requests.

Beautiful!

Lovely pen, intriguing color combo. Reminds me of childhood when ice cream came in half-gallon size blocks. I have it inked with Monteverde's Rose Pink. The fine point is smooth, no skipping or hard starts. Nice weight, not too heavy, I find it great for notetaking. This is my second Benu pen and I'm quite happy with the purchase.

A Beauty!

After seeing photos of other people's BENU pens and positive comments on the writing experience I finally took the plunge. It's a beautiful pen in person, writes like a dream! All I want from a pen is for it to release the ink to the nib and this pen does that, even with the fine nib model that I ordered. I bought a chocolate colored ink and a couple of samples to go with it. Very pleased.

Exceptional

High quality and beautiful. The Schmidt nib is smooth and writes so well with many inks. The sparkle is stunning. The beautiful dimensional brown and beautiful creamy pink and white brings the nostalgic feelings of childhood Neapolitan with this colorway. This is the pen that inspired my first Benu purchase. No regrets at all.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use this pen with ink cartridges? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

A cartridge is small, disposable, sealed plastic reservoir that holds fountain pen ink. These come pre-filled with ink, and typically you just push to insert them into place and you'll be ready to write!

This pen uses standard international ink cartridges, a common size which is available in many colors from various brands.

You can learn more about how to actually install an ink cartridge on our blog, or in this video tutorial:

How do I use a converter? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

A converter goes in the place of where the ink cartridge would normally go. From there, you can fill your fountain pen from bottled ink.

A converter is a detachable and refillable ink reservoir that allows you to use bottled ink in a cartridge-accepting pen. Typically you will install the converter into the grip section, dip the nib/feed into the ink, and twist or pull the converter knob to draw ink into the converter.

We have a great video showing how to use a converter here:

How do I clean this fountain pen? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

It mostly comes down to flushing out the pen with water, and sometimes a little bit of pen flush if the ink is really stuck.

We put together a blog post with step-by-step instructions, or you can watch the video here:

We recommend a good cleaning every 2 weeks, and any time you change ink colors. Water will usually do the trick, but we recommend you use our Goulet Pen Flush if the ink has been left in the pen for a while and could have dried up, or when you’re switching ink colors.

For even more information about fountain pen cleaning, check out our Fountain Pen 101 video blog post.
