Frequently Asked Questions

Which pens can accept this ink? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

Any of these fountain pens will work with bottled ink. Typically, as long as the pen can be filled with a converter, has a built-in filling mechanism like a piston, or can be eyedropper-filled, it can accept bottled ink. You can also refill an empty ink cartridge from bottled ink using an ink syringe.

green brown gold

This is one of my favorite ink colors from the last three years of constant ink buying. I love these ones where you're like Is it brown? Is it green? Is it GOLD?Another ink that's like this: Iroshizuku Grain of Rice. I don't remember what it's called in Japanese. One problem with the 970: If it sits in the pen a while it turns darker and darker, to the point where all its charm is gone. I call this effect color corrosion, and it happens to lots of inks. Not gonna dock it a star for that, tho. It's too good. Also highly recommended: Sailor 670, although it's fairly useless for writing. It's the same thing as 970 only less green, more yellow.
