This was my first TWSBI Fine nib and I learned I prefer their other nib sizes better. However:

the nib performs just as reliably as the other sizes of TWSBI nib I've tried (nice and flowy, no chance of *under* saturated ink flow), the pen is a nice size (quite long when posted - good for larger hands, but quite lightweight - good for long writing), and I really enjoy the spring-filler on the TWSBI GO, so it's great that they give you that option with this model, too.

I paired the bright orange pen body with a rich, dark brown ink, and the combination puts an image of "candlelight" in my mind. Like an orange flame flickering atop a dark wooden chest.

I have many moderately priced pens, but the Swipe was my first time purchasing one from TWSBI. I'm very happy with it! The style is attractive, it fits my hand comfortably, and I like the smooth handling (fine point, Japanese paper).

The TWSBI swipe is the pen that I wish I'd started with, above the Platinum Prefounte, and Pilot Kakuno. Its versatile filling options and big ink window make it fun and easy to use, and it's so much more comfortable than a Lamy or other TWSBIs with a molded grip. I did have a bit of trouble getting the plunger converter to seal and not drip ink through the feed, but after some twisting and scrunching it worked fine.

This pen has become my favorite pen in a matter of days. When I reach for a pen I find myself almost always "swiping it up" to write with. I am very happy I purchased it. Considering how inexpensive this pen is the quality and ease of use have been a very pleasant experience. Will probably have to buy another to load with a different color ink, perhaps the Prussian Blue colored pen.

I had not used this pen in months. I popped in one of its huge cartridges and it wrote immediately. No scratching or shaking. Impressive. Only negative for me is the clip, which is really a roll stop or a decoration. A better clip and I would use this more.
