The fine nib I used to replace the medium that came with my Lamy Safari is excellent. Smooth and clear lines, easy to install.

Glad Goulet Pens carries replacement nibs. Accidents happen, something things you just can’t retune to recover from.

A surprisingly fine point for a German EF

When I first installed it on my AL Star, it was finer than I expected. My previous (steel fine) nib was very wet, and this one wasn't as wet as I expected. I cleaned and flossed it, and that got a lot better. I won't say it's really wet, but it draws a fine line and is good.
