Great notebook with high-quality paper and durable covers

Really like this notebook, it is a really nice size balance between A4 (a little big to carry around easily) and A5 (too small to fit my notes how I like to format them). I like the high-quality paper (shows off sheen from ink, and doesn't bleed so can use both sides of the sheet if you want) and the covers (plastic that hasn't started curling after being in my bag).

Overall, my favorite notebooks

A close second is the new Regalia paper by Endless. I like that it's more toothy and faster-drying than Mnemosyne, but Endless don't offer lay-flat spiral binding sfaik. Mnemosyne is a smoother paper (longer drying), and I prefer it to Clairefontaine and Rhodia. Mnemosyne feathers less under aggressive inking. I get inexplicable feathering with old Tomoe River 68 under Ina-Ho and a very wet Namiki #50 medium point. I do not get feathering with old Tomoe River 52 and the same pen! This is a mystery that will go unsolved as both Ina-Ho and old Tomoe River papers are discontinued.Mnemosyne for the win!

Excellent Paper, Nice Size

I've enjoyed Maruman Mnemosyne in notepad sizes and A5 sizes in the past. The A5 is great, but I found that the percentage of the page taken up by the header seemed too great. On the B5 size, it feels just right. Excellent paper. And, overall, the size is just better as a work notebook.

Good quality, but too slick for me

This is a very good quality notebook, including a great spiral binding, but several of my pens and inks did not work well on the slick paper.
