Noodler's #6 steel flex - I like it!

I put it on a Jinhao X750 (~$5 pen), Much better than the Jinhao nib and fun to write with. Note, I have to give the back end of the nib a small squeeze with a multi-too to get it to fit into the Jinhao. I's my second flex nib (the other is a FPR - lot more flex) and it really changed the character of this pen. I ink with Noodler's brown and there was lots of shading. Will keep this nib on this pen for the a while and play with ink samples.

Tip bent with little to no pressure. I'm sure it's a fluke, but until I get another one, this is all I have to go on.

AHAB #6 steel nib

Obtaining something small like this from Goulet was perfect. Great service all the way. I'm still using the original nib and ebonite feed that came with my AHABWhile still experimenting with the nib itself. I perhaps should have gotten an ebonite feed when I first purchased the #6 nib- does seem larger... Might of been a better thought. What with a few pens I have and relying on each for illustrations, I do favor the AHAB over a Lamy Safari/TWISBI Eco(all very good pens- no complaints) as I work. Coming from the period of pen/ink dip pen years, I honestly feel good working with the AHAB.Goulet has a ton of information within their pen nation available to all. Still fiddle around. I find it fun to be able to 'tune' the AHAB to my liking.
